For all reservations canceled 48-24 hours before the service, zadardaytrips.com offers 50% refund of the total value of booked service. Cancellation of reservations in the last 24 hours before departure is not possible unless specified otherwise during your booking process.

What happens if it rains?
In the event of the raining weather situation, we still run our boat tours. If you choose not to take your tour we will offer you rescheduling option, otherwise, we reserve full refunds.

Do I need to purchase insurance and is it available?
Boat passenger insurance is already included in your tour ticket. Please note that this insurance covers you only on board the boat.
Is there a bathroom on the boat?
Yes. All boats are equipped with separate bathrooms.
Are your boats wheelchair accessible?
All our boats are wheelchair accessible if not otherwise stated.
Is smoking allowed on board?
Smoking is allowed on open decks of the board.
Can I bring alcohol on board?
Yes, responsible alcohol consumption is allowed on board the boat but only for 18 years old and above.
What payments method are available?
You can book and pay for your tour ticket using Paypal service and/or all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country such as VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB.
Can I pay only deposit?
Yes! You can book your tour tickets by paying the only deposit in advance (25%) and then paying the rest later at the boarding.
